Canyon Customs Development Group is a partnership between Jason, Shawn and their dad
Jim Hurst. Jim has been in construction related project management for nearly 30 years. The
focus of this new business venture is residential and commercial remodeling.
Jason and Shawn Hurst (Patricia’s sons) grew up in a construction related entrepreneurial
environment. Jason was reviewing his mom’s drawings, created in AutoCAD, when he was 16
years old. Shawn has been installing hardware and software and keeping mom’s technology
current since he was 13.
Jason was the co-owner of his first construction company by the age of 19. Their combined
experience now totals over 15 years.
Patricia is tapping back into her own drafting and design skills to support this business and
others with concept, submittal and construction drawings for the residential and light
commercial industries.
